About CIPcity

CIPcity is a multicultural community ecosystem for people building a life in Korea. We bring together language learning, youth development, the arts, and everyday community so that newcomers and long-settled families alike have a place to belong, grow, and contribute.

Our roots are with the Goryeoin community (ethnic Koreans from across the former Soviet Union, many of them Russian-speaking) and their families. From that starting point we have grown into an open, welcoming space for everyone navigating life between cultures in Korea.

We believe integration is not something people do alone. It happens through connection: a shared class, a team, a workshop, a conversation. CIPcity exists to make those connections easier, with practical support, genuine community, and opportunities for the next generation to thrive.

Programs

Our programs are built around the everyday needs of people making a life in Korea: learning the languages that open doors, helping young people grow through sport and movement, exploring creativity through the arts, and coming together across cultures. Each one is a place to connect, not just a class to attend.
